Our EarlyON time has come to an end at York Professional Care & Education.  We will miss all the connections with families and caregivers developed over the year.

As of October 31^st, York Professional Care & Education will cease to operate the EarlyON program at Holland Landing, Glen Cedar and 16^th Ave.
