Dear families.
As part of the enrollment process, all families sign our Child Care Contract. The Child Care Contract is an important document that outlines client responsibilities and requirements expected by the Agency in order to provide and receive services that are based on mutual understanding.
At this time, we wish to provide you with our current Child Care Contract. We encourage you to read it and discuss any questions you may have with the centre supervisor.
You are not required to resign. Instead, we are advising all families of the revised Child Care Contract via this email, our webpage and through an internal posting that can be found on the sites Parent Board. In future, this method shall continue to be used.
